Sector figures describe Ethiopia's coffee industry, not TerrAIfa project results. The 15.75% loss figure comes from a regional study in Dire Dawa and is not a current nationwide estimate. Post-harvest research context: Coffee Quality Study, Gedeo (2026) and Coffee Storage Study (2024) .
